Corrosion Protection

A modern anticorrosion protection center has been at Structure Production Plant disposal, which includes the professional and technologically advanced painting and blasting chambers.

Painting chamber – L:30m x H:8m x W:8m:

→ Stable temperature level during coating, independent of outside weather conditions – coating in temperature of 20-30˚C,

→ Significantly shortened time of drying of layers - desiccation in temperature of up to 80°C,

→ Lack of dust and ability to catch paint particles - 95% effectiveness of air ventilation, 

→ Spraying of the coating layers by means of Wiwa Professional painting aggregates,

→ The possibility of simultaneous work in two zones,

→ Lighting in daylight quality.

Blasting chamber - L:30m x H:8m x W:8m:

→ Stream blasting with metal abradant,

→ Application of the abrasive material by an operator with manually controlled head,

→ Continuous circulation of abrasive material using the system of floor horizontal transportation of abradant, 

→ Possible surface quality to be obtained after blasting - SA 2,5 to SA 3 and  roughness of up to 65μm,

→ Cleaning of abrasive material by the system of pneumatic cleaners, 

→ The optimal working and visibility conditions achieved by effective lighting and ventilation.

We employ qualified and experienced painterly staff. High standard of realized processes ensures the achievement of the best quality parameters, fulfilling  requirements of among others NORSOK standard. Except covering our own needs upon anticorrosive protection, we also provide external services.
